WELCOME TO THE PLATINUM GROUP
As a platform that provides a positive impact to member businesses, the Platinum Group and the Platinum Service Sector Group, provide regular meetings and confidential peer to peer discussions enabling strategic leaders to expand their networks, tackle business challenges and work together to promote the region locally and nationally.
In recent weeks, head of the Black Country Chamber Platinum Groups, Gail Arnold, has welcomed more businesses to the growing list of companies all wanting to benefit from their Platinum membership and looking to work collaboratively.
MET Recruitment, with branches in Dudley and Wolverhampton, have been a Black Country Chamber Member for many years now and for the most part have remained a Gold member.
Company Commercial Director Nella Share, told Prosper, “The team here at MET have always been extremely passionate about the role we play within the Chamber and over the last 12 – 18 months we have started to engage and partner with other Platinum Members on a regular basis.
“Upgrading to become a Platinum member was an opportunity our company Directors, myself, Robin and Matthew, felt was the right thing to do at this time.
“Our aim is to further enhance the support we gain from the Chamber but also to allow us to extend our network and ultimately help other like-minded businesses in sharing best practice and collaborating where possible. It’s proven to have been the right choice and even against a difficult backdrop Gail and the Chamber team have been fantastic throughout, their support has been invaluable!”
Meanwhile, Lee Farrington, Managing Director of Dolphin Lifts said, “We have been a member of the Chamber for over 3 years and have always valued their support - we were delighted to win the “family business of the year” award at last year’s Black Country Chamber Business Awards ceremony.
“By joining the Platinum Group, myself and other members of the management team here at Dolphin Lifts Midlands have the opportunity to meet and engage with other senior business people and offer each other support in addressing and resolving any issues we may have encountered, as well as working together to improve the business prospects for employers and employees across the Black Country."
